On any paid plan, filter by the accountant or auditor named on a company's latest accounts, where the accounts name one, to see a firm's clients by size and sector.

Owner age comes from the filed age of the person with significant control, or the oldest director where none is filed. Only month and year of birth are public.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can I find newly incorporated companies near my practice?

Yes. Pick a city above, or open any search and set a town and a radius in miles: you'll get the active companies incorporated since the date you choose, newest first (the first 50 free, up to 20 pages of 50 on a plan). Searching is free; with a plan you can save the search, and each night's new incorporations are added to your Activity feed.

Can I see which accountant a company uses?

Where its latest accounts name an accountant or auditor, yes: it's a search filter and a results column on every paid plan. Many small companies' accounts don't name a firm, so a blank doesn't mean a company has no accountant.

Will I be told when a client's new accounts come in?

Not as a separate alert yet. Keep your clients in a list and each row shows their latest activity (such as new accounts or a new director) and an estimate of when their next accounts are due. Alerts today tell you when a company newly matches a search you've saved.

Can I upload my client list?

On Professional and Business: paste or upload company names or numbers (500 rows at a time on Professional) and we match them to the right companies. On Starter, add clients one at a time with the Track button on their profile.
