Public UK filings, updated daily: full shareholder registers parsed from confirmation statements, officers, PSCs, accounts, charges and share allotments from Companies House, plus property titles where public records carry them. We parse the whole register, not just the 25%+ PSC layer.
Facts (registers, officers, filings) are shown as filed. Inferences (exits, reunions, smart money) are derived from register and control filings, published only above measured precision thresholds, always labelled, and always carrying the underlying filings as receipts. New filings are processed daily. Incorporations and SH01 allotments appear in the feeds the day Companies House publishes them. Register changes surface when the underlying filing lands, which for shareholder registers is usually the annual confirmation statement.
