Is there a free way to try it?
Two, actually. You can browse company and director profiles without an account — up to 10 searches and 5 profile views a day. And Starter and Professional start with a 3-day free trial of the full product: cancel before day 3 from the Billing page and you pay nothing.
How do credits work?
Every plan comes with one monthly credit allowance that resets on the 1st, and it's the same pool whether you spend it in the app, over the API or through the MCP server. Searches and company pages cost 1 credit, credit reports 5, and AI analysis 10. Plans range from 500 to 10,000 credits a month.
What's the difference between plans?
Every plan gets the full product; higher plans buy more scale. Starter gives 500 credits a month with CSV export; Professional adds pro filters, share-issuance discovery, bulk matching and 2,500 credits; Business is firm-wide — 10 seats and 10,000 credits a month; Enterprise adds SSO, SLA, DPA, invoicing and bulk delivery.
How do seats work?
Starter and Professional include one seat. Professional can add seats for £49/month each — a solo adviser pays for exactly what they use, a three-person team pays £297. Business includes 10 seats for the whole firm. To add seats today, get in touch from the Billing page and we'll set your team up.
How does the free trial work?
New customers get a 3-day free trial on Starter and Professional, and every trial runs with Professional features regardless of which of the two you picked. When the trial ends you drop to your chosen plan and billing starts. Cancel any time before then from the Billing page without paying a penny. Business and Enterprise start (and bill) straight away, as does any plan if you've held a subscription before.
Where does the data come from?
We aggregate data from Companies House, financial filings, and other official UK sources. Data is updated daily to ensure accuracy.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are self-serve. Manage your subscription any time from the Billing page.
