    The pair who sold Pace Group just incorporated six lift companies in one day

    Lukas Schlenker and Scott Haywood sold lift-services firm Pace Group Holding (£5.6m turnover) earlier this year. On 1 July they appeared together on six brand-new registers: Leeds Lifts, Yorkshire Lifts, Yorkshire Elevator Services, Yorkshire Lift Services, Yorkshire Lift Installations and Yorkshire Escalators. Whatever the plan is, it is not retirement.

    Fifteen weeks after Concord bought Ninja Tune, a director starts something new

    Matthew Cohn, a director of Ninja Tune Holdings when Concord acquired the label in March, incorporated Boot Up The Network Ltd in London this week, registered under artistic creation.

    Monument Technology said 'more than £18m'. The register says £19.1m

    The banking-platform business announced its seed round on 17 June. The SH01 landed this week and puts the filed number at £19.1m, allotted across a register that now carries 64 names. The announcement gave you the story; the filing gives you the cap table.

    The founder who sold XenoGesis just took 1.9% of a gut-model biotech

    Richard Weaver built and sold drug-metabolism consultancy XenoGesis (£3.0m turnover at exit, 2020). This week he joined the register of Aelius Biotech with a 1.9% stake, alongside a board seat.
